1) About Migasuto
Migasuto is a travel discovery and comparison interface. We help users search, compare, and access booking options for flights, hotels, tours, and related travel services.
2) No direct sales / no payments
Migasuto does not sell travel products, issue tickets, or process payments. Bookings are completed with third-party travel providers via embedded widgets, links, or redirects. Your contract is with the provider.
3) Accuracy & availability
Prices and availability can change quickly. We aim to display information accurately, but the provider’s final page is the source of truth.
4) Responsible use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape aggressively, or disrupt service performance.
5) Third-party services
Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before completing any booking.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migasuto is not liable for losses arising from bookings, provider actions, delays, cancellations, or service interruptions.
